It is with great pleasure that I would like to present to all the exclusive world premiere of "THE SOUL COLLECTIVE" .This mix is a global collaboration between DJ Onpoint (Mike Tramonte) of Sydney, Australia, DJ Nish (Nisho) of Johannesburg, South Africa and yours truly DJ Dave Pineda of Toronto, Canada.
This was the brainchild of DJ Onpoint who in turn asked DJ Nish and me if we wanted to do a collaboration mixset compilation of deep soulful house.
DJ Onpoint started the mix in Sydney and sent via the internet his part to DJ Nish who in turn mixed in his part in Johannesburg and he sent it to me via the internet too their work and I mixed in the last part, recorded and mastered the mix and made the demo cd's here in Toronto. All this work was done in a span of 3 weeks.
